While our 2-day Salt Lake Convention is filling up fast, we have had an extremely low response to the 1-day curriculum fairs, with most people saying it is too short of an event. We have decided to cancel the fairs (Folsom, CA; Anaheim, CA; Austin, Texas; Salisbury, NC) so that we can put our precious time and resources into doing the most good we can. Those who have signed up for the fairs are being refunded and are receiving special discounts. We hope you can join us at the 2-day convention in Salt Lake City!
Can I bring children?
Only nursing babies are allowed at the convention. Babies must be taken out if they cry or become noisy.
Is this a multi-faith event?
Yes. Just like the curriculum, the convention is faith-based, taking a general Christian worldview that focuses on learning and Christ-like character, and not specific doctrinal beliefs. Click here to see our statement of faith.
Will there be classes for children?
There will be no classes for children of any ages this year.
What food will be served? Are there options for vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free?
Snack: Veggie & Fruit plate with ranch, hummus, and pita bread
dinner: A fresh and delicious salad and burrito bar, just pass on the items you cannot eat–there will be lots of food to choose from if you need vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free food
lunch: boxed lunches with a sandwich or salad, fruit, and a treat. Salads are meat-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free. If you need a salad, let us know at the registration table when you check in, and we will set a salad aside for you.
Will you have vendors at the workshop?
No. We will have selected products from other companies for sale that compliments our curriculum, but this convention is centered around The Good & the Beautiful curriculum.
