Question: Can I pick up product or find it at any stores?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. We do not allow pickups from our home office, and the product is not in any stores.

Question: I bought CDs in bulk a certain time ago, and now I need some more. Since I already bought a certain number of CDs, can I buy more for the same bulk price?

Question: Are Jenny’s songs available as individual MP3 downloads or can I buy permission to make copies of just 1 song ?
Answer: Unfortunately downloads are only available for the entire album and you cannot buy permission to make copies of individual songs.  Because we offer super inexpensive bulk CDs for all of Jenny’ music, we have to be very careful of how we do things so we can continue making music!

Question: I am putting together a CD to give out to the youth or women in our ward and want to include a song or songs of Jenny’s. Can I have permission to do this or purchase permission to do this?
Answer: Unfortunately, Jenny does not allow her songs to be copied or included on CDs you make and burn yourself. You cannot purchase permission to do this either. However, you can buy entire CDs for as low as $1.99-$3 each!Because we offer super inexpensive bulk CDs for all of Jenny’ music, we have to be very careful of how we do things so we can continue making music!

Question: I’d like to use one or more of Jenny’s songs on a DVD presentation I am making to show or give out to my ward or stake.
Answer: If the DVD is not sold in any form (except to cover costs), is not for any commercial use, and is given out only to your ward or stake, you may use up to three of Jenny’s songs on your DVD presentation free of charge.

Question: When we open “Arise and Shine Forth” CD up on our computer, the right music is there, but the track titles are wrong (they are the 2006 version of the CD).
Answer: This is a problem with Windows Media Player. The correct song titles, etc. show up in the i-tunes player and all other players as far as we know. Windows Media Player uses a different database, and someone we don’t know went in and connected this 2012 CD with the 2006 CD, and it can’t be undone. We have spent much time on the phone with Microsoft and paid a Microsoft consultant to try to fix it, and there is nothing they can do about it. You can go in and change the track titles on your computer. It will take you a couple minutes, so we apologize for the inconvenience. Or if you open it with i-tunes or a different media player or play it in a CD player, it displays the correct track titles.

Question: When I click on the opt-in link in my opt-in email, I receive an error.
Answer: This error comes when you have already purchased something which automatically already put you on the list. You do not need to click the opt-in link.

Can I track my items?

All orders are shipped through USPS. You will be sent an email when your order ships with tracking info when your order ships.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Only if your order originates in Utah (6. 75%).

What is the return/exchange policy?

All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will be refunded in the form you made the original payment in the amount of your purchase minus shipping charges and a $2 processing fee. If you are exchanging product, you will be charged shipping for the new product to be sent out + a $2 processing fee.

Please return the item(s) in original condition with the original packing slip, your phone number(s), email, and the items you would like to exchange for.
