Jenny is now full for 2013, and she will start taking bookings for 2014 on October 1st, 2013.
*Jenny usually is full for the year within the first day to first week or two of opening up bookings. If you would like Jenny in 2014, this is the process that will take place:
1) Email stephanie@jennyphillips.com starting October 1st, 2013 (any earlier requests will not be considered) and give your date or all possible dates. Make sure it is a stake or multi-stake event.
2) Jenny will consider which firesides to book based on the order that the email requests are received, but also what will work best for her family and if she has any certain requests that she feels led to do or to not to do.
INTERNATIONAL REQUESTS: Jenny is considering international requests for November 2013, but won’t make any decisions on international tours until around March 2013.

FAQs:
Q. Is there a charge for the program/Are travel expenses required?
A. There is no charge for the program, and Jenny does not require any travel expenses. But Jenny does require a nursery for her 2 youngest children (and the children of couples in her choir if doing “Remember the Journey (usually around 4-10 additional children).
Q. What Audio/Visual equipment do we need to provide?
A. None. Jenny brings everything she needs. She will just need a screen to project onto.
Q. Is the fireside done in the chapel or cultural hall?
A. Chapel.
Q. Is it OK to have other parts of the program at the fireside such as talks, video presentations, etc.
A. Having a stake president or other leader speak before or after, or having someone take some time to talk about preparing for trek, etc of course is great! However, because of past experience, the attention span of the youth, and with respect to the volunteer choir’s time, Jenny only takes bookings where there is no longer than 15 extra minutes planned besides for prayers, songs, and introduction. Please talk to Stephanie if you have more questions about this.
Q. Are CDs brought to sell or promote?
A. Definitely not. Jenny and her group put on the program in an effort to provide a powerful spiritual experience and draw people closer to Christ. No CDs are sold or mentioned in any way.
